RECIPE Ingredients
8 oz. rice noodles, cooked according to package directions
3 T. olive oil
4 green onions, chopped, white and green parts separated
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 eggs, scrambled
3 T. brown sugar, packed
3 T. lime juice
¼ c. soy sauce, gluten free
½ c. chopped peanuts, salted
Green onions, chopped
