1⅔ cups gluten-free all purpose flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
1 tsp. xanthan gum
½ tsp. fine sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground all spice
½ cup canned pumpkin
2 tbsp. grape seed oil, plus enough mashed banana to equal ⅓ cup
½ to ⅔ cup maple syrup (to taste)
½ cup water
1tsp. apple cider vinegar
