1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour mix
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
2 cups fresh blueberries (or any other kind of berries/fruit), washed and patted dry
